Charter Amendment Public Hearing to be held on July 25, 2022
1. Update the Charter to include District Elections.
2. Officially move the City Council election from April to November.
3. Shorten the term of the Mayor from two years to one year.
4. Specify when City Council members are sworn in and elctions are certified.
